  3. Priority Shipping: For an additional fee, we offer priority shipping. Your order will typically arrive within 1-2 business days after order processing.

Please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

International Shipping: At present, we ship to addresses within the United States. However, we are open to considering international shipping options. If you are an international customer and are interested in our products, please send us a message to discuss potential shipping arrangements.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Aqua Arena LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Aqua Arena LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
