Here at Aqua Arena, we want to make sure you love your purchase, and we're always here to help! We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To make your return process smooth, please take note of the following steps:
- Request a return through or website or reach out to us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We'll need this to keep track of your return and assist you better.
- Kindly return the products in their original packaging and ensure they're in a resalable condition.
- If items are received in a condition other than resalable, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. This won't apply if the product is defective or if we made an error that resulted in you receiving the wrong product.
- Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for Special Order items or opened/unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography unless they're defective.
- If your product needs warranty service or any other type of service, it's best to contact the manufacturer directly.
